Married to Russell with three children, Stephanie, Nicholas & Ashley.

Kathy has been in the Mortgage Broking industry for over 21 years starting SmartLend in 2006.

Over this time SmartLend has written over $800 million dollars and assisted many satisfied customers in becoming home owners.

Stephanie Kiley (née Morris)

After 7 years in the architecture and construction industry, Stephanie became inspired by her mother’s passion for her job and ability to help people as a Mortgage Broker.

After becoming a mum to her son Greyson, Stephanie became a certified broker in 2021.

Since that time, Stephanie has helped a number clients with their home loans, investment loans, refinances, construction loans, and bridging loans. Stephanie has strong experience helping First Home Buyers and the First Home Guarantee Scheme.

Stephanie's qualifications are as follows:

Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management
Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Bachelor in Construction Management

Queenie Zou

We offer services to the Chinese community through our program partner, Queenie Zou. Queenie is a highly respected operator and citizen in the Chinese community. With over eight years experience as a single operating Mortgage Broker, at SmartLend we are totally client focused and rely totally on referrals. We pride ourselves on getting the best possible outcome for every client we represent.
